Terrible customer service. I only tried to confirm my passport in order to make a withdrawal, and they told me I had to book an appointment to be seen, even though there were three advisors free walking around the bank. I do not recommend it.
Smart ATM's won't accept deposits
The customer service here was woeful, the manager certainly didnt lead by example. Exception to all this was Lyn, who when hearing that we had waited for an hour went out of her way to help. She saved the day for ANZ today.
Awful branch, awful service, awful bank. Endless queues and annoying wait times, solely due to staff incompetence.
