I visited yesterday to ask for bank statement, but the staff told me that what ever I can get online is what’s available. I was missing two months of transaction records that I couldn’t get online but he was just not keen to help or listen. I went back today, and Mike and Vicki took the time to understand what I needed. Even though I arrived 10 minutes before closing, they didn’t rush me. They helped kindly and provided the statement I needed, staying well past closing time. Thanks Mike and Vicki!
