I have been with ANZ over 15yrs , when I went there for commonwealth of Australia ,statutory declaration form to sign , Miss Jolie , haven’t even properly listen and said no one in this breach allow to sigh document as per ANZ policy , so why on the form mention ,you can visit bank as well !!!!!!!! Not even busy around that time ,sham to keep people like this around . Rather than confirming with mangers ,provide useless response .
Speechless on the service and quality of work.
