EVERY DAY SO BUSY And No booking time available in Chinatown Branch ANZ today,but they are still arrange around 50min to waiting, i asked the service team why every worker look like so so professional but working and service customer is too slow and one of the staff girl was sitting there is do nothing when I asked her (Are you free now?) and she was looking at me said NO……than she running away ,After that I was arguing with the front service staff and he do special arrangements in 10mins, so I’m just finishing my term depos... read more
Her: How can I help you? Me: I’d like to get change for a $10 note (shows note). Her: Are you an ANZ customer? Me: No, I just need change. Her: Sorry, we can’t assist you then unless you're an ANZ customer. A curious reminder of how a bank that considers itself one of Australia's "Big Four" can be unwilling to assist someone with such a simple request. Moments like these reaffirm why I don’t bank with ANZ and why I’m unlikely to consider them in the future.
Vicki Cheung was incredible! She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my card, exploring every possible solution. She even asked a colleague for help—though he was no help at all—but she didn’t give up and kept searching until she found the right fix. Thanks to her persistence and expertise, my problem was solved. A happy ending for me, and huge thanks to her!
