I've been banking with ANZ since I was 14. I've recently started a business at the markets, and you now can't get coins at this location. I can deposit coins at the ATM, but not change notes to coins for my business, which is beyond ridiculous, how are you supposed to give change to children who pay with pocket money. Sort your thing out, it's not appropriate to bank for small businesses and not supply them change. YOU'RE A BANK
I just came from the bank and had a bit of difficulty using the deposit coin machine 1st time. Not much staff at 1st then I saw a few. Was a long queue for assistance. I put my hand up for help, this lady looked at me and then away, I then called out to her and asked for some quick assistance as she wasn't helping anyone else, even though other people asked her. The machine literally swallows my money for 50. What the hell? I was trying to deposit my income around 5: 39, and ended up the machine reports error, and ate my cash, causing the machine to not recognize the cash on time and no balance on my card
