My husband and I encountered a deeply disappointing service at the branch today with Rena. We just finished signing the mortgage document with the JP and intended to come to ANZ branch to ask help to open an offset account as I could not do it in the app. It was Rena whom we talked to and we said we would like to submit the mortgage document. ANZ services and process are very poor.
Professional customer service. The front desk officer was very helpful and completed all my transactions efficiently . I was then referred to Rena who did an amazing job . She was very conversant with the products and advised me on all the features and technicalities. I got the best outcome of my banking accounts through her information. A commendable service worth a shout .
