I would give no stars if I could. Came to this branch today to open up a new account for my son. Was told this takes min 40mins and that shop was shutting in 20 mins so not enough time. I asked to start the process as I work full time, my kid goes to school and the branch is not open on Saturdays. She couldn't care less....might take all my banking else. ANZ you don't want business...good to know!
