Usual condescending staff. Unfriendly, unhelpful.
I went there to get some change ( as I did the last 3 weeks since I'm in Cairns ) and last time I went I ask this Asian Lady who work there ( forgot her name ) to change my 20$ in 1$ in the machine for that and she was like " its impossible " since I don't have an account there which I kind of understand. but the last 3 weeks the different ladies there changed it for me , since there is no Bank of Melbourne in Cairns I was thinking changing bank.
