Most disgusting customer service ever, you are not welcome unless you are looking to get a loan. Even if the whole branch has no customer to be serve except you, you will be told appointment is fully booked and next available one is next week, you will have 20 minutes for the appointment, as soon as you tell them you are looking for a home loan, you will be served immediately

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent assistance provided by Kevin (or Kelvin – apologies if I have the name slightly wrong). I visited the branch last week regarding a dishonour fee that had been deducted from my account. Kevin approached me proactively to offer help, even though the deduction was in line with bank protocol and he explained there was no guarantee of a refund.
