Uncomfortable experience, unprofessional staff who are not familiar with the business.
Rude staff bad service not helpful
Very poor customer service. The Home Loan male officer Yu was late for 10 minutes appointment and didn't even make an effort to review my loans' rate for the second time.
I recently got a home loan from Sophia Zheng at ANZ boxhill branch, and I have to say, it was such a smooth and hassle-free experience. Sophia were super friendly and really took the time to understand my needs. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. I felt supported every step of the way. Big thumbs up to Sophia for her professionalism and great service.
