went in branch to complete my ID check because some reason it wouldnt even let me attempt to do it online. The guy kept pushing me to open a savings account when there rates are abymsal. TO make matters worse, they verified me and told me I had to call up to link it to my credit card application so it could be finalised. what a waste of my time
I had a fantastic experience visiting the ANZ Box Hill Branch! The moment I walked through the doors, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and instantly approached me to ask how they could assist. A huge shoutout to Abu (伊布) at the front desk!
