Thanks to Rayna (the staff who assisted me in creating a new account) for being helpful and explaining things clearly.
I'm giving it 5 stars because the two Chinese-speaking employees, Joanne and Serena, were incredibly helpful when my money was swallowed by the ATM and I was being harassed by the bank's Indian manager. (Even though I had already told the manager that my English wasn't very good, the Indian manager still increased her speaking speed and told me I needed to hold my approximately 10 kilograms of coins and couldn't put them on the bank floor.)
Very helpful staff and flexible to assist. Highly recommended.
