Crap service
Absolute shocker of a place ,Manager very rude,forgets you are a customer, asked to provide evidence on why I needed to withdraw large amount of money,This company turns over massive profits...sort it out or I'm out!
ANZ is a disgrace bank. Do not do buisiness with them. If you have a security issue expect a minimum of 60 mins on hold before you may be connected. There are no options to address security issues using the app. We attempted to transfer some money to a competitor account due to better interest rates but the transfer was stopped due to security concerns. We were on the phone on hold for aver an hour to get the issue resolved. Interestingly… we were not contacted by A N Z by phone due to this issue. My advice… invest with ING.... read more
I had cause to visit ANZ Branch Albany WA to get help managing my account, the person I saw was Jessie, she was extremely helpful and friendly, suggesting ways to make my banking easier. I am 78 and not up with the latest technology, the ANZ board of directors would probably prefer not to have people like me as customers, but thank goodness they still have people like Jessie. I only hope she hasn't been replaced by a smart panel in the wall next time I need assistance. Regards, Roger Bittner.
No support number so I have had to come into the bank 4 times for the same problem. The kicker? IT'S STILL NOT FIXED. Looking for other banks, thinking ING
