I started here about 4 months back with no prior CrossFit experience. The owner and coaches are awesome. They made me feel welcomed from day one and helped me to scale the workouts accordingly to a level where I am pushing myself while staying safe and preventing injuries. If you are looking for a challenging workout, good community, and good coaching then you should try CrossFit Echelon.
I’ve done CrossFit previously at another box, and this is far superior to that previous experience. Coach Adam is amazing and extremely knowledgeable, and the other coaches are just the same, all very supportive, helpful and positive! They all care about your experience at Echelon and achieving your goals!
I can't recommend this amazing establishment enough. I'm on my second go at Echelon (after having kids) and it has been both mentally and physically, exactly what I needed. The workouts push your mind and body, as do the coaches. Adam and the other coaches know just the right amount to push each athlete to improve, and are great at altering or scaling workouts for athletes with injuries or who aren't able to do certain exercises.
