This is Jamarian Bryan letting yall know there a real deal mechanic shop and have a really good hearts the whole crew. My car has been giving me issue I call them and there ready to help. I was able to get my car back in a day with there help and hard work. It messed up again and came right away to help. Pete, came out to my place of employment within 2 hours of me first calling him to fix a window issue. It was stuck and not rolling back up. He picked up the part and had me fixed up with in 2 hours. There was one small fragile piece that broke in the process and he has already clearly communicated that he will fix that piece when the new part comes in, in a few days. He was timely and did not adjust from his original estimate. At this time I would recommend his services!

The worst customer service of all time. DO NOT call them. In the 10 hours I waited for service, I didn’t receive a call, text, update, eta, nothing. And at hour the dispatch lady calls and tells me he has an emergency. No communication, complete waste of time.
I called the guy and asked if he could put a tire on a rim and he said yes, no problem. Upon arrival he collected $150 from my husband and said it would take 15 minutes. He arrived around 8pm and we sat until after 1 am, almost 2am. He finally brings back our tire after calling him 3 times (he kept saying he was on his way and he shows up an hour later). He brings back our tire on the rim but it was flat and he broke the valve stem. Were out $110 for the brand new spare tire, his $150 charge and $210 for a new rim and tire p... read more
