Needed a deck replacement. Met with Alex and he did an onsite visit. Alex was very transparent and informed me a full deck replacement wasn’t necessary. The deck could be refurbished. Alex answered every question I had and gave a clear direction on what would be done to ensure the deck was safe for my family. Instead of looking at a $18-$20K job, Alex quoted just over $5K.
