I had storage units for 2 1/2 years I cleaned my storage units out ——mold ,rats it’s not took care of it’s not all fence in water leaking on my furniture. I never rent nothing else from them …U can ask my daughter about the water leak in the rat shit and the little rats we found

This facility is now under new management and has been re-branded Shannon 53 Storage. The late fee policies and business practices have been updated and are in-line with other storage facilities in the area. You will find exceptional customer service, a great product/service, and at a great price.

Owner and.family very rude. If you are 1 day late with your payment You are locked out of gate. They call and threaten to sale your storage items the next day. Nit sure if they don't know Ga LAWS for a storage business or they just think they are above it and don't care. Don't rent here. Worst nightmare I've ever had. No Business Manors or Sense what's so ever.
