As someone with physical limitations, they have been a Godsend.....very reasonable and would be honored to call them friends. They even do more than what was asked CONSISTENTLY. They are tremendous! We have worked with this business for several years. I find we keep giving them more and more chances. The last light snow we had they came but very late. The next heavier snowfall they didn't even bother to show up. My neighbor did the sidewalk with his snowblower and I did the steps. This is unacceptable. This leaves us with paying for service that is not delivered.
