Not really thrilled with the fact I've used this car wash for some time it took money twice when I tried using my card it's been 5 days with no return phone call as to getting my money back for services I didn't receive! When it does work it's a really good car wash!
They do not answer their phone nor do they return your call. It is the only way to get in touch.
First time I went through car wash I didn’t do it properly and stopped in the wrong places and messed up the timing on the system and it didn’t wash my car properly. Called the owner and left a voicemail that night and he called me back promptly the next morning and very nicely explained to me that I did not stop in the correct places and everything and explained how I am suppose to do it correctly and sent me another free car wash to make up for it.
