Long story short, these people do not communicate nor do they have any customer ********************** at all. I had to get the call log from my electric provider to find out what really happened at my house. They had their apprenticeship employees install my aerobic system and the young man ended up messing around with my meter and the disconnect to my garage. By not knowing what he was dealing with he overloaded the power to septic and tripped the transformer by the road and burnt the lines from the meter to the power box ... read more
THEY RIPPED US OFF TELLING US WE NEEDED 5500 DOLLARS WORTH OF WORK AND WHEN THEY WERE DONE WE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THE BURIED THEIR TRASH IN OUR YARD AND I SPENT HOURS DIGGING IT UP AND THROWING IT AWAY .. THEY SAID MULTIPLE TIMES THEY WOULD COME OUT AND FIX IT AND NEVER DID.. NO USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

We quoted a fair price to do the work needed to fix for system. You agreed to our analysis and proposal and authorized us to proceed. We completed the job and agreed for you to hold $1000 because it was too wet for us to properly backfill which was fine with me. In that time there was a warranty callback for a leak that had developed which we returned and repaired.
