I called Mark about a leak in my HWH hydraulic manifold. He scheduled a day to come out and asked for a picture of the leak. After looking at the picture he recommended to check the o-ring. I did just that and it was split. A trip to Napa and the new o-ring installed solved the problem. It was a great experience to deal with Mark. I would definitely call him the future.

I tried a DIY awning replacement on a new-to-us used travel trailer (our first) and managed to release some of the spring tension on the awning roller. I needed to get it fixed to be able to take the trailer on the road and was wary of tension that I knew remained in the spring. Mark and Colton came out right away, safely released the remaining tension, fixed the roller and installed the new fabric.
