Mark did a great job on our brake system a quick diagnosis and repair I highly recommend him.
we have had a “new to us 2018 Newmar Baystar Sport since August. We are on our 3rd trip and are in Zion. Last night in prepping for our departure the next day, went to start the RB and the chassis was dead we could not start the RV. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and his attention to detail is spot on. He took the time to explain our options on our 2018 Newmar Baystar Sport suspension upgrades. He also mapped out our awning fabric replacement and again presented viable options. In today’s environment it, it is rare to find RV repair folks who take the time to communicate options and then deliver the solution on time as well. 5 Stars- hands down!!!
I called Mark about a leak in my HWH hydraulic manifold. He scheduled a day to come out and asked for a picture of the leak. After looking at the picture he recommended to check the o-ring. I did just that and it was split. A trip to Napa and the new o-ring installed solved the problem. It was a great experience to deal with Mark. I would definitely call him the future.
