Won't respond after getting paid by my insurance company, I have to get a lawyer involved. Reported to the insurance company and they are now flagged as to not work with.
My fiance and I work with Mike Kaufman and his team (in the Metro Detroit area). Mike was attentive, informed, and communicative,. His trim carpenter Josh was amazing, too! Both helped us turn our flood (lemons) into a beautiful, open kitchen, dining, and entry way (lemonade)! :)
Thank you, Anytime for a great job on my fence, gutters and carpentry repairs from a fallen tree. Arnie and his crews did a quality job. Would recommend to family and friends.
Do not use this company. Was told I would get a detailed inventory list of contents removed from my home and that they would be packed with bubble wrap. Got no list just photos some that were duplicates and some not identifiable. Be sure you take your own. Most items just thrown in boxes no bubble wrapping. Would not recommend or ever use them again
Recently dealt with Project Manager Jim Hanna. He lacks professionalism and has a terrible attitude. He tries to bully those whom he's supposed to be offering the company's services to. He's a outright liar and I have the evidence to sustain my claims. The fact that this company knows if this man's reputation and supports his mistreatment of their customers. I will never recommend them for anything to anyone!
