Made an appointment to have dryer fixed. The day before the appointment they called to push back the appointment window back an hour. I waited from 9-12 and no one came. I called and they said the technician’s phone was dying and was on his way in 4-5 minutes and still never showed. I wasted half a day waiting and nothing to show for it.
I called Anytime Appliance Service and scheduled an appointment for the following day for Todd to come to my house to ascertain the reason that my freezer was working, but not my refrigerator. The following day, Todd arrived promptly. He listened to my description of the problem and was able to quickly locate the problem.
