Did not show up the day he was scheduled and didn’t answer texts or phone calls that day. He finally returned my text and we rescheduled and it’s the same thing again. No show and incommunicado. I wasted a week waiting around for him.

Really good experiance - had some mold in basement that I needed a solution for and was really happy with the quality of work. He was early and gave an initial quote based on pictures and revised to lower once he here. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Rob was very prompt in responding to our request for a consultation. We has a number of repairs/reinforcements that we wanted to proactively address. Rob explained what he would do, how much it would cost, and gave us a timeframe for completion. When it looked like things might get pushed out a day, he contacted us immediately to ensure that would still be acceptable. Robert was pleasure to work with. He replaced my outside front stairs/deck. He gave me multiple options to best fit my budget. He communicated everything that would be done and was prompt on answering any questions I had along the way. I am extremely happy with the results.
