He requested a picture of the lock in order to get an actual price, which was encouraging because I knew he wasn't simply throwing figures about to get the job. He arrived the same day, got right to work, gave a few suggestions that turned out to be wonderful ideas, and finished the job promptly. He's clearly intelligent and experienced. I can't picture things going much better. Most importantly, I feel considerably more safe in my new house, and that security is lot more convenient than it was previously.
