I recently visited after hurting my back and was really happy with the treatment I received. When the physio was actually treating me, I felt he was knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely helped my back, so I had a very positive impression initially. Unfortunately, during my most recent follow up appointment, I noticed that he was holding and using his phone for a significant part of the session. Anthony is a great podiatrist! Very knowledgeable and thorough. He went above and beyond to diagnose my issue and helped me fix it.
I visited Anytime Physio and was so pleased with Emma she asked me so many questions about my problem gave me a few things to do before my next visit. I received a massage on my troublesome knee which helped so much I couldn’t believe it.
Website said that Medicare management plans are accepted but neglected to mention that weekends aren’t included. My therapist was nice enough to allow the Saturday sessions to be bulk billed knowing this was the only day I could attend but was told mid week before second appointment that head office would not allow her to do this and any treatments would have to be out of pocket. I’m sure there are terms and conditions but it would have been nice to know to avoid having to go back to get new referral from GP
