Website said that Medicare management plans are accepted but neglected to mention that weekends aren’t included. My therapist was nice enough to allow the Saturday sessions to be bulk billed knowing this was the only day I could attend but was told mid week before second appointment that head office would not allow her to do this and any treatments would have to be out of pocket. I’m sure there are terms and conditions but it would have been nice to know to avoid having to go back to get new referral from GP

I couldn’t recommend Steve more! He is very knowledgeable and professional and helped relieve acute pain as well as rehab to prevent further flare ups.
Eugenie has magic hands! I booked a physio session with Eugenie and she was fantastic! Sorted out my lower back pain straight away. She gave me dry needling, some massage and exercises to work on at home - I’m now 100% again. I would highly recommend!
