We just bought a new home and called on Anytime Lock and Safe to change all the locks in the home. At first we made an appointment for them to come to the house for the job, and they were very accommodating, carefully explaining all charges, including the service charge. When the driveway iced up and we knew they wouldn't be able to come to the house, we called and took the locks to them. Again, they were very accommodating. Fast, friendly a real attribute to our valley. They are a local business with a heart. My 5 month old son was locked in the car on a Saturday after hours and I couldn't have got better service any faster. When I asked how much I was told no charge when a child is involved! Brought tears to my eyes.
Fast Response, Knowledgable and very friendly! I would recommend Anytime Lock & Safe to anyone needing combo locks changed out.
I asked them to cut 2 blank keys (purchased them over the internet) for my car and I paid $18 per key to duplicate. The next day I picked them up and went back home to try them out. The keys can open the doors but will not turn on the ignition. When I called them they asked me to bring my car so I did. They tried again and they cut their own blank keys (2 more of them) but the result was the same. I asked them for a refund but the answer was no, “because you got four keys now, you can use them to open the doors”. That was no... read more
