I’m very disappointed with my experience. I called on Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday between 11 AM and 3 PM. I rearranged my entire weekend to make sure we’d be home. Friday came and went, and by 3:30 PM I still hadn’t heard anything from the company. I called to check in and had to leave a voicemail. I finally received a call back around 4:30 PM explaining that someone had a funeral to attend and they were running late, and asked if they could come on Saturday instead.
