Late Saturday evening - immediate appointment. Quick diagnosis. All night pharmacy as part of the practice. Problem fixed! Really appreciated and, as a community, we are fortunate to have this service. Thanks.
Worst place ever, my baby had a cough and the doctor (Dr. K) didn't bother to see her. Drove to the clinic for a phone consult essentially. Didn't ask any questions to determine what the issue was, and prescribed antibiotics straight away.
Waiting more than hours to see doctor, is it normal?? I booked before came to see doctor.
After hours visit and result sorry dr is sick call first before drive here. Probably not professionals.
for the first time of my life I have a terrible and worse customer service at clinic, waiting for 1 hour without any follow from the receptionist, worse customer service!!
