Gym has everything you need, staff is suoer friendly & helpful and the gym has an all around great enviroment!
I’ve been training at the Transcona location for a while now and have had a great experience. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and has a great selection of equipment that covers everything I need for my workouts. The staff is friendly and keeps the facility in top shape. Definitely a solid choice

The new staff here at the Plesis location over the past few months have really made me feel welcome. Sean the trainer here, really pushes me to trian harder than I ever have, and I'm not even his client, what an awesome guy. Don't get me started about Taevia and Matt, the really lift my spirits after a long day at work, these two are like free therapists. All this for my normal membership price, what a steal. This place isn't just a gym to me, it's a second home. God Bless you guys.
