I joined Anytime Fitness in February 2023. As a former personal trainer, I like the ability to work out in a safe, clean, and secure environment! The equipment is well maintained and constantly being upgraded to the "state of the art" fitness equipment. Frank and Dr. Jen, as well as the great staff, keep the place fun as well as very clean. They will answer any fitness questions you have!
Anytime Fitness in Stamford is PHENOMENAL fitness experience from top to bottom. First of all, it is exquisitely maintained and kept clean. Secondy, it's super convenient with 24/7 member access. The ownership and staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The owners are present during staff hours and it shows as they care about their clients' experience. Hands down the best gym I've ever joined. The facility is spotless every time I walk in — and with 24/7 access, I can work out on my schedule without ever having to worry about it being crowded or closed. They're always adding new equipment too, so there's never a dull workout. Frank is the real gem of this place. He's always there to welcome members, answer questions, and make everyone feel at home.
