Maybe she was having a bad day maybe she is just bad at dealing with people, but the owner of this gym has some real bad customer service skills. Rule number one in business is treat people with respect and kindness you never know who you're talking too, clearly she missed this part about owning a franchise.

The worst owner I have ever witnessed…harassed a young boy in gym and then yelled at him and his dad for dropping weights when the boy did not,I think I heard the dad do it once but not enough to be a problem. Very weird energy and vibe,put me completely off this place altogether. Maybe get someone that’s a bit more hospitable if you can’t put your feelings in check to run a business. Disgusting.

I left my passport at the gym 3 weeks ago, and thanks to the kind and thoughtful staff, it was kept safe for me. This place is full of warmth and care. Love how clean and comfortable this gym is, and it’s got everything you need. Working out here is always such a joy!

Premium gym. Owners take good care of the gym with cleaners in everyday, constant upgrades in the gym with their most recent focus being on body recovery including massage gadgets, leg compression devices and saunas. Always clean and a great environment to train in.
