I want to give a huge shout-out to Katie who I spoke to at Anytime Fitness. She was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we got on the phone, she was incredibly friendly, understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely listens and makes the process so easy. Her customer service skills are top-notch, and she really made me feel valued as a member. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to an email. Tried calling to cancel membership at least 10 times at all different times of the day, sent emails, nothing. Now since I placed a stop payment on the card, they sent it to collections and screwed my perfect credit up. Livid

My cousin and I have both reached out for memberships via phone call with voicemail as well as drop in during business hours and last via email with no response. Needless to say that this particular gym has lost 2 members potentially 3 in total. My advice is to get your membership at a different location and then use this occasionally when needed.
