I'm a member of this gym (in Calgary) but was in Edmonton for the week & my brother and I wanted to work out together. Went inside during their "staffed hours" on a Saturday at around 1 pm to see if my brother could do a drop in or a free trial, but there was nobody working, the office was locked and the lights off. We ended up going to GoodLife instead.

I would give the gym itself a lower rating as something is always in a state of disrepair, or there is clutter, and things have gotten cramped lately. I'm giving it a five because the staff have always been great. The trainers (especially Cherie) are extremely friendly, and really make the gym experience a worthwhile one.

I've called a couple times now, left a voice mail and spoke with someone directly, maybe they'll see this review and actually fix the problem. The leg press is going to fall apart while someone is using it. The handles are loose and I hand tighten them every time I use it. This has been ongoing for months. For my own safety im considering brining in the Allen key required and some thread lock. Also, tighten the Handel for the washroom!
