Four months ago I started with strength training classes. I now can do what I could not do four months ago. Stronger, more confident, and just plain feel good. I am 65 years old, and love going to this gym. Every age, man or woman; let me repeat that....every age....welcome. Best work out, and now at the point in this time of my life, I cannot wait for the next class.

This squat machine is the only reason I still go to this gym! I am on a 2 year contract and desperately want out! I just don’t have time to go to this club like the other ones. I made an exception today cuse I’m getting charged so much I might as well. That’s a good thing you can go Anytime! So it’s 24hrs but my negative review comes from the fact that I can’t do once a month? Or that is what the customer service reps tell me it has to be every two weeks and if you get a chance to read our text message exchange you’ll see it... read more

Be very careful before signing a long-term membership here. I signed a 12-month contract while training to become an OTR truck driver and honestly believed I’d be able to use the gym regularly. Once I started working, the reality of being on the road made that nearly impossible. I reached out to ask about my options and was surprised to learn there was essentially no early cancellation option, no buyout, and no alternative solution available.
