Not the best value. Dirty, small, no classes, lots of broken small and large equipment
After going for a bit, this is a great gym, love the equipment and the staff I met were very nice, but I'd just advise everyone to avoid the sales staff Austin. He gave me much higher bi-weekly prices ($5 difference, so $10 more monthly) than other staff that helped me set up my membership, and kept trying to upsell me on a whole bunch of things I made clear I truly did not need or want. The gym facilities are inadequate, and lack professionalism. The staff does not clearly explain the terms and conditions. Important terms should be highlighted during the signup process which they didn’t. Additionally, a key cancellation criterion is buried in the 'auto-renewal policy' instead of being clearly stated in the cancellation policy. Extremely expensive in comparison to the services provided. I am highly disappointed with my experience.
UPDATE: This place has recently been taken over by new owners. That of course means a few changes, some good, and some not so good. Firstly, I can say that if given the respect by ways of communication, I would have just let these little things go. First noticeable change, new faces, no introductions, but they’re there.
