They have been closed for months, so I submitted a cancellation form and joined a different gym. They opened up this month and then they charged me twice this month. I have not even been able to get in touch with them regarding a refund as their phone number on google doesn't work. I'm now on a wild goose chase and will have to probably have to take time out of my day to go in person.
