Gym randomly increased the price on users by about 20% Also has a weird smell going on lately, not what it used to be. Maybe they should consider installing an air purifier or something
This place has an incredible team behind it. You can tell the manager and staff actually care about creating a motivating environment. Clean space, great equipment, and an atmosphere that pushes you to show up and give your best.
Terrible customer service since they’ve gotten new ownership. They don’t respond to emails, or answer their phone. No one is there during supposed staff hours. Been trying to cancel my membership for almost a month as they keep charging me. Will never come here again. (Update) Finally got it canceled and refunded for my months they were charging me. The lady manager was very nice.
