Friendly staff and management. Clean facilities. I like that the gym is open 24/7. The other gymgoers seem friendly and helpful too. I like to keep to myself and nobody bothers me.
Clean, plenty of showers, little bit of time in and out due to traffic. Needs a machine for oblique/core work and a standing calf raise. Otherwise very good gym. Highly recommend. Update to review. I went to school for Exercise Physiology so my comment about the standing calve raise was to have the ability to load the spine and recruit core muscles without having to perform a higher risk exercise like squats. Quite aware able to do calves on thoses machines. Appreciate the follow up though. Good gym.
Been working out here for years now love the gym it feel likes home here the investment is good
