The gym has a lot of equipment for a small space and it’s rarely crowded. Unfortunately there are often broken machines that take months to fix and the office employee(s) are rarely seen and are completely unresponsive to email. The gym is always dirty; overflowing trash cans and consistently out of wipes to clean the machines. I don't have an Anytime Fitness membership, but have been working with a personal trainer at the Anytime Fitness New Braunfels location, Ramiro Espinosa, since June 2025. I've been extremely impressed with Ramiro's training style, as he's personable, professional, and he takes the time to explain to his clients the benefits of each exercise. He's extremely knowledgeable about exercise physiology and fitness in general. Setup is great, large enough to do what you need. Other guests are not really courteous and pass really close where you have to actually move over mid rep. As a female I’ve had a bad experience on a couple occasions with this aggressive behavior... Not sure what’s going on in NB. Could use a machine update but otherwise the facility is good.

due to work I spend time on different places different areas I'm so glad I'm welcome at almost all anytime fitness locations is just a few my 🗝️ doesn't open .. and that they always have such a great friendly staff.. especially enjoyed that they all seem clean and well equipped.
