I recently applied for the 7-day trial through the gym’s website and received a confirmation email. Shortly after, Ryan, the manager of the Maple Ridge location, also emailed me personally explaining that I could visit the gym between 10 AM and 6 PM to get a tour and activate my 7-day pass. Based on that information, I went to the gym on Saturday around 1 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
