It said it opens 24 hrs but actually doesnt do so to the ones who refuse to buy memberships. If I can only pay as i go for the gym before 4 pm when I am still usually at work, whats the point of saying '24 htlrs open'?

Anytime Fitness is an incredibly unprofessional organisation, and I wish I never signed up for them in the first place. Although I had cancelled my membership back in January 2025, they continued charging me till May. When I requested a refund, at first they didn’t accept it - giving the excuse that I didn’t cancel prior to the end date. And when I showed them the proofs of email, this time they complained that I didn’t cancel the Direct Debit. Its actually so embarrassing how only 1 treadmill works. They have 5 treadmills in total and only 1 works. The staff are very aware but do nothing about it. Its so annoying how you sometimes have to wait 30 minutes for one person to finish on the treadmill.
