Staff randomly gave us free energy drinks while working out. That’s dope! They’re always super friendly. Other than that, I’ve been working out with af ladner for over a year now and it’s always super clean here.

Pretty small gym but not too busy. Pretty strict policies compared to other locations. They will lock your membership without warning. Staff member I spoke to was rude and unprofessional.
