Gym staff are very welcoming but I was told the gym is currently being refurbished and I could see some equipment was not working.Best to wait until the refurbishment has completed imho
Music is too loud. I do not like the song choices and try to use my headphones, but the outside sound system is louder than in my buds. I am sorry I do not want to go deaf and it is hard to enjoy own music with random K POP in the background. Members have no control over sound when there's no staff. For example in an early morning. How about having no music at all outside office hours? I am sure all the early birds come with headphones anyway. I am happy to change to 5 stars once the issue is resolved
After the awful reviews my partner and I decided not to bother. To the management take into account these reviews and take note. As anytime fitness members we paid to attend a decent gym over yours
I'm a big fan of Anytime Fitness normally - in general the equipment is decent, available and the atmosphere is welcoming. However, I'm disappointed by this spot (I utilise the amazing membership benefit of being able to use any AF gym around the world - big fan). Firstly I was stopped multiple times from coming in as the entrance is connected to the hotel - they tried to send me in the wrong direction - very weird.
