I moved from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to the Kansas City area already having a AF membership. When I saw that this gym was the closest to me, I decided to ride by and get a workout. By the end of the workout, I began talking with Scott and next thing you know I’ve been having training sessions and cannot begin to express the progress I have made.
