My mother, who was always in good shape, joined this gym about 3 years ago( she is 84 now). Unfortunately, she had a few falls and was hospitalized several times. All attempts to leave the gym were ignored. She called, e-mailed, had family and friends try to help-she even went in person to explain the circumstances. She’s now in an assisted living facility-but received a bill from a collection agency for $150. What unethical and miserable people run this place.
