There is a huge management and customer service issue here in this location. The equipments are not safe, they are not even stable. I was trying to reach out the manager but they never responded.
I tried to canceled to my membership 2 years ago, and I was told its already canceled. After 3 months they were still charging money, and when I asked, they made up a bunch of excuses, and even put me on collections after I switched bank, it damaged my credit score. And recently when I reach out to them, the manager once again ignored all my requests.
I just recently joined Anytime Fitness District location after being a member of a large family complex. Best move for us! I'm so happy with all the equipment, the cleanliness and the lovely people who work here. I am so impressed with the gym overall. I look forward to visiting the gym now. Top notch!!!
It changed and now too busy also the rates increased....not as clean as it once was
Great people, good environment and lots of positive attitudes in the gym.
