When I initially tried to set up my membership, nobody answered their phone, i then went to the website and arranged a meeting, nobody showed up for the meeting i scheduled via their portal. Took a week of calling all hours of the day to get an initial setup. I got injured months later and tried to freeze my account, talked to a guy said i was good to go, then i was charged the following month, and they wouldn't let me get refund. This gym is trash. Don’t do business with them!! They’ll keep charging you even after you cancel and make up some BS to justify their sleazy business. Go somewhere else!

Staff is not welcoming and very rude. Will not be recommending this gym to anyone. Maybe they should de-clutter their front door. It would make it more obvious to ring the bell instead of just pulling the giant door handle to open the door. What an odd thing for someone to do pull the door handle to open a door. I was greeted with a lecture. Young fella who lacks manners and older lady who lacks professionalism. Will definitely not be returning. Doesn't even deserve one star but that's not an option.
