I went there and when I arrived i sent funds and while doing so my phone just shut off and wouldn't turn on(old phone) payment went through but I wasn't able to notify Angel, so no way he knows I arrived or not. He just knows that I sent him $12 and I wasn't able to get any help from anyone inside because they think I'm trying to get a free workout in. I paid and I wasn't able. to use the facility. Awful experience. No one calls back despite multiple messages. I canceled my membership in May 2025 twice and even went in person. Every time I was given the runaround until I finally spoke directly with the owner angel or Alex who assured me everything was fine and that he would personally cancel my membership. The staff kept saying they do not handle cancellations so I trusted the owner’s word. Since May I have continued to be charged every single month.
