By far the worst gym I’ve been to, and doesn’t belong with the Anytime Fitness chain. I’ve visited a few times whilst in Medway because the nearest AF is too far away, but won’t be going back. The place clearly has no cleaner - rubbish has been untouched for over a week, the toilets and changing rooms are tiny, broken, and disgusting, and the cleaning check sheet stops weeks ago. DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE IS CLOSED. Guys, this place shut down from one day to another, I renew my subscription for no reason, waste of money!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are only after money and have no care for their customers. I have been trying to cancel for months, and they would not cancel. They have also reported me to multiple debt companies due to THEM not listening and having no care for their customers. Disgusting. ( Reading the reviews, I see many people have experienced problems with Anytime fitness cancelling and just taking the money)
