An awesome, fresh, clean venue with phenomenal equipment and a great crew of enthusiastic and slightly insane staff! Nah.. jokes! The crew are everything stellar as far as knowledge, information, assistance, advice and support. Except Tanya…girl is insane!! But jelly and protein yoghurt are nommmmm..! As a long term gym goer and an expert at trying every gym, fad, diet….bla bla bla; I want to say that 2025 at AF Bundall is looking to give me a quantum leap in reaching my goals and achieving a truckload of PBs.
