Love my trainer “Sam” and the positive energy and acceptance of all body types. I don’t feel ashamed when I’m there. I just started my journey but I feel like I have a safe place to work out and get stronger. Love that “Sam” is always encouraging and asks how I am. Hoping to see great results by the end of the summer. Thank you 😊
Friendly staff and well maintained equipment. Good mix of machines and free weights. Def scratched my gym itch while I was on vacay.
