This gym sucks. Be very very careful about signing a contract here.
It’s a good club , helpful staff .
Very bad , me and my wife did 2 years of contract with this facility . Then we moved to ontario , we need to cancel it , we trying to call this club and they are not picking up calls . We tried soo many times , leave them voicemail still no reply from their side . We are still paying them just because they are not answering. Very poor service . They don’t have any email , no other customer service contact .
This gym isnt letting me cancel the auto-renewal of my contract. i know 4 people who got ripped off here
My friend initially brought me along to this gym over the course of my non-member free trial, which lasts 7 days. The gym itself is rather large on the inside, despite appearing fairly compact outdoors. Thus far, the clientele have been friendly and focused on their workouts otherwise.
