Travel a lot so have been to over a hundred AF's. This one very clean and roomy. A bit sparse on equipment, though, especially machines (for example, no bicep, tricep, ab machines, among others) but can improvise. Just making that observation, comparing it to other AF's I have visited. On a 1-10 forAF's based on selection of equipment, would put it at a six. Nice facility, though.

All About Fitness is a gem of a gym. I joined coach-led workout groups with Coach Amber, who is a fabulous coach. Amber helps in pushing me to be stronger, fitter and makes training fun and educational. Besides exercising alongside others, Amber creates a personal workout that pushes me through strength training on weight machines, free weights, and stretching. I really enjoy the workouts that Amber has chosen for me . I have not been an avid gym conditioning guy yet the has guided me through the process and I enjoy hoing to the gym ! Thanks Amber !!

Amber was very friendly and helpful when I cam in for a consultation. She walked me through a workout routine and took her time to explain exercises and give me alternative exercises due to some limitations I have. Would definitely recommend her
