Don’t go to this circus. They underpay their personal trainers which is why there’s high turnover for them. The GM does not have the ability to issue a refund for personal training sessions even though it’s part of Anytime, it’s separate. The customer service is lack luster to put it mildly and they’re more concerned about upselling than anything else. I love this gym. However they fired James! He did so much for this gym. He made every member feel welcomed. I do not believe for one minute he did anything against policy. It has gone down hill just in the two weeks he has been gone. No paper towels, bathroom dirty, water bottle no longer stocked. Very disappointing.
This gym has excellent equipment and quality facilities, but the recent decision to terminate Manager James was a serious mistake. He was the backbone of this location and played a major role in maintaining a well-organized, welcoming, and professionally managed environment. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to both members and staff were evident to anyone who spent time here. Always open clean and professional, James the manager always is professional, motivating and attentive to any issues that may arrive!! Could not be a better place to go
