Even after you cancel they continue to charge you months after. This cancellation was signed August 28th. They told me they would charge me until September (30 days notice, fine). It’s October and they have continued to charge me. I want my refund. I’ve tried called several times and different days and they never answer. Noted, I had to go in person to cancel. These guys are great. Gym and bathrooms always clean and well maintained, I'd recommend it to anyone. Staff always on point and willing to help. Osvaldo is great and always a pleasure to speak with.
