Arrived at the gym tonight and couldn’t get in because the owner can’t pay her bills and has been forced to shut down. Not only that but she didn’t send out an email notifying me that it would be closed down. Very unprofessional and it’s very embarrassing to see they can’t pay there rent. Not surprised though as the gym has been in quite a terrible state with broken equipment, broken doors, broken vending machines and broken lights that hadn’t been fixed for months. No customer services they do not answer emails, phone is disconnected and no staff onsite during staffing hours we even tried contacting through facebook. Tried to reactivate my membership after a shoulder injury with no success however, I have been a member since 2009 so I'm bloody dissapointed with current staff and manager.
ATF Hope Island has a great range of equipment, good atmos. Only things that are annoying are the water fountain (hasn’t had decent pressure for years) and the phone charger facility should be fixed or removed.
Highly disappointed .They do not respond to emails, phone calls. No communication is possible with them even during staffed hours. During staffed hours they do not have staff present on site there often. Would not recommend this AF branch .
Much to my dismay, this enterprise is in fact not "anytime". I arrived there at a perfectly regular time and found it to be not open. I can also say unfortunatley state that I am still not fit as of my 2 visits. Greatly dissatisfied!
