After having been transferred from another location, my gym access randomly stopped working one day (I checked when it expired and it wasn’t). I attempted to call the office multiple times to resolve the issue only to be hit with this number is no longer in service. I also tried emailing them to no avail. I really enjoyed this gym when I first joined. It was nice to have a private feeling gym with plenty of equipment to get the Job done. I have noticed a steady decline in cleanliness at this location with not enough cleaning supplies nor staff to maintain standards. Recently I witnessed a member having to resort to pulling a used piece of paper towel out of the garbage to clean the machine he was using because there were none left. In addition there has been no soap in the bathroom for multiple days now. Unacceptable.
One of the best Anytime Fitness locations I’ve been to in terms of look and equipment but there are a few areas where it falls short: Lack of staff presence: I haven’t seen a single employee during my visits. At times, the paper towel dispensers have been empty, leaving no way to wipe down equipment. No sanitation wipes: Unlike other Anytime locations, this one doesn’t provide disinfectant wipes. The water filter hasn’t been replaced in over 3 months, and instead of fixing that, they had the audacity to put a cooler full of overpriced drinks. Priorities seem misplaced
I never had a bad experience at any AF franchised gym they are great this gym is very nice itself. They use Matrix equipment which are fantastic. I’ll definitely visit again.
