The water filter hasn’t been replaced in over 3 months, and instead of fixing that, they had the audacity to put a cooler full of overpriced drinks. Priorities seem misplaced

I never had a bad experience at any AF franchised gym they are great this gym is very nice itself. They use Matrix equipment which are fantastic. I’ll definitely visit again.

I’ve had a very poor experience trying to cancel my membership. I can’t get ahold of anyone. No one is there when i come by (even during listed business hours) and now I have collectors calling me for payments???? I just want to cancel this membership and be DONE just please tell me what I need to do to end this already.

Stopped by to check out the equipment as recommended by a Matrix vendor and was delightfully surprised. Huge workout floor with a large variety of equipment. Very clean and organized.
