This is such a clean facility with everything I need. The manager Kim is knowledgeable and friendly. The place is great, and the bathrooms are spotless.
New manager is super nice and helpful . Good at keeping a watch on the place. Always there to help with concerns and very professional.
I moved to downtown Des Moines and I still make trips to this location! It’s very well kept with great equipment and an even better atmosphere. Kelsey and her staff are the best. I travel a lot for work and this spot is easily my favorite! Check it out if you’re looking for a gym.
Sydney gave me a tour yesterday and was absolutely lovely! Asked me questions about my myself and didn't pressure me into a membership as soon as the tour ended. Needless to say I signed up and look forward to working out there!
The owner is incredibly kind and this is a great location, right next to Jordan Creek
