I've been a member here for 2 years—this small gym is perfect. Clean equipment, never overcrowded, friendly staff who actually know your name, and great vibes. No egos, just solid workouts. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars.

This is such a clean facility with everything I need. The manager Kim is knowledgeable and friendly. The place is great, and the bathrooms are spotless.
New manager is super nice and helpful . Good at keeping a watch on the place. Always there to help with concerns and very professional.
I moved to downtown Des Moines and I still make trips to this location! It’s very well kept with great equipment and an even better atmosphere. Kelsey and her staff are the best. I travel a lot for work and this spot is easily my favorite! Check it out if you’re looking for a gym.
