The best gym in Durham. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly staff, and very helpful. Been training there since the gym opened and it has helped my with my fitness goals. Kam is an amazing owner and very kind and helpful! The gym is clean, well maintained and there is always enough equipment to use. I've never had any trouble with people hogging the equipment, and if I see someone using the equipment I want I just ask nicely how many sets they have left and if I can work in between! Best gym. Very helpful staffs. Not much crowded either. 24 hours. Clean. Sad it is going to get closed.
